  ORDERS                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
These terms apply to every purchase in this shop. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you and refund you in full. Original     
  artworks are one of a kind and go to the first buyer who completes payment.                                                                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  PRICES AND PAYMENT                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.                                                           
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  SHIPPING                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
  The shipping cost for your region is shown at checkout. Orders outside the EU may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the buyer.                                                                      
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  RIGHT TO CANCEL (14 DAYS)                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
  You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This applies to prints, stickers, postcards and original artworks. Items made to your own specification or clearly personalised for you can't be cancelled.  
  Email katerilianart@gmail.com within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.                                                                                                                                          
  - Return postage is paid by you.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
  - We refund the item and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of your message. We may wait until the item reaches us, or until you show proof that you sent it.                                                                           
  - We refund the way you paid, unless you agree to something else.                                                                                                                                                                                  
  - You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to inspect it.                                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo as soon as possible. We replace it or refund you, including return postage. You also keep your legal guarantee rights under Spanish consumer law.

  These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
